Chrome Wheels

I have a question about the 99-00 Ford OEM chrome L wheels. is the chrome on the wheels supposed to be smooth or is it wavey or for the lack of better words not perfect ? i just bought a set of them and the chrome isnt " perfect". this is the first set of chrome wheels i have owned.

well let me add this. the spokes look good on these wheels, as far as being smooth and glassy but the parts in between and around the outter parts are wavey.it looks textured like stained glass.

Sounds like rechromes that are starting to peel
