It sounds like you need to set the onset voltage higher.

Check to make sure that the onset voltage is high enough. Then check your wiring to see if there is something amiss there causing the pump to kick on automatically. If that's not it you may need to put a check valve inline to prevent siphoning at low throttle.

If the nozzle is in vacuum like yours, you'll need their solenoid kit. Otherwise it will siphon all the alky out of the tank.

Why don't you just call Snow Performance? I bet they can answer your question

at the time i did but it was too late in the night and they were closed but i have a solanoid upgrade kit coming overnite for it which should hopefully cure all my problems, by the way camcojb was 100% right on what was causing my problem he knows his stuff , if the air/fuel was set at 11.8 on my new tune is that going to be to low??, i dont have a local speed shop to dyno tune my truck so i have to do mail tune which is a pain to keep getting done. does anyone think it will be ok with a 375 spray nozzle or should it be done to 12.5 ???

The alky will richen the tune. I would tune it to be safe a/f-wise without the alky, and then not worry about it being richer with it. I don' think you'll feel a power loss and it's safer that way in case the alky ran out at wot.

Should be, but the responsibility falls on you to verify that the a/f is correct and it isn't detonating.
