pick up my 2000 lightning tomorrow can't wait.. any suggestions for hop ups?

 

I would start with a 4" lift kit, throw on a camper shell, bug guard, mud flaps, hi-watt lights all over it, sticker that reads "Little boys wear bow-ties" on rear window, curb feelers, monster tach with shift light, gun rack, bumber sticker that says "My kid beat up your honor student", dont tint it (that always looks bad!), large antenea that is about 8' tall to go with your cobra CB, hum anything else guys......

Sals filter and chip. That is hands down the best bang for the buck from what I have seen.

I like my 99 cobra don't get me wrong... I hear the lightning is a truck I had a 93 lightning and a 94 lightning that was a 11second truck.. twin blowers. Sold it last year. I miss that. Even the cobra with all the mods seem real slow comapared to that 94... Hope I love the 2000 lightning. What chip from sal and how much hp and tq. did it add...

Trust me, you'll love the L. As an ex-cobra(99) owner, its a much better vechicle. If every 99 cobra owner test drove a L, they would trade, just as I did.
