Hey Everyone,

I really didn't find it hard to believe CA when she told me that she ran a 13.5x last season.

You all in doubt forget that she ran slicks with that run and we all know how important they are for getting that truck out of the hole. The other elements you are all aware of and we know how much of a difference they make. For as long as I've been racing and have watched racing at Bandimere I have never seen them use any kind of elevation software and post false times.

It is true that vehicles run alot slower up at this elevation. These are also vehicles without a supercharger or turbocharger. We know that not all new vehicles run the same new from the factory also. You should know this from some of the new Cobra's running fast and the others running like a slow GT.

Any of you who have lived in Colorado would know how the weather can be here (example: Snowing like hell when the sun is shining like its mid-summer). The day CA ran slow it was a nice day at first and 30 minutes later it was cloudy, over-cast and looking like tornado weather.

CA,

I don't need any proof from you since I know it won't be the last time you run that fast.

I don't want to get in this fight but any times I post are for real. I don't have a scanner and even if I did I could always get a time slip from John Force and scan it might as well B.S. big. I don't know much about the air density at altitude but if 5000' up slows you down would 5000' down speed you up. I'm going out to Milan with my shovel. I might not post for a while it will probably take a while to dig a 5000' deep hole a quarter mile long.

Another possibility is tire spin during the run. Not tire smoking tire spin but it is very possible to have slight spin after shifts.

High Risk:
You will need some stopping room. Unless you only run 1/8 mile in your 1/4 mile hole?
Let me know if it works, we might all get together and build a new NHRA track. WE could advertise "The Lowest Track In The World" with the quickest time ever.
