Question Spark Plug Gap, Denso IT22?

I've searched numerous spark plug threads but havent come up with anything concrete.

I currently have a 4# lower and other assorted mods and I'm running IT20 Denso's. I plan on switching to a 6# and bought some IT22's. I am in the process of cleaning my intercooler today and figured I may as well change my plugs while everything is off.

Someone had mentions to gap them between .030-.035. and I was planning on gapping them around .036-.038. I've actually alread put the passenger side plugs in at .038 but now i'm having second thoughts.

What do you guys recommend for a gap on these things. Thanks!

Jon
