Anybody here raced one of those? if so how did it go? I looked on their forum (www.audiworld.com) and they are talking about beating a couple of lightnings the S4's werent stock though, just thought i'd ask you guys. How do ya guys think the L will do agasint them?

 

An S4 was the first kill I posted with my L. The S4 got me off the line (I have never been a good launcher), hit a beautful shift for second, and was still slightly pulling me. I then started reeling him in very nicely, and by the time I reached 100 mph, he was a few car lengths back.

I raced one at the drag strip a few weeks back. The thing was quick but never came close to beating me. I ran a 13.2 an he ran a 14.3. I looked to make sure it was the S4 and it sure was a yellow 2000 all night he NEVER broke into the 13's.

The kid lives around my town and I am sure I will meet up with him again.

I ran an autocross course over the weekend, and a completely stock S4 was around 3 seconds quicker than me. The course was very tight, I did one of my laps in 1st gear only !

At the dragstrip, I have seen 3 (on seperate occasions) and none could break into 13 seconds.

I ran one Fri. night in Temple Tx. I smoked his a$$. Then at the next light he flips me off. I guess nobody ever said class had to come with money.
