For the life of me, I can't figure out why you would make threats against my life, and the lives of other law enforcement officers. I am referring to your recent response to a posting a made on the string regarding smooth cowl covers. My post was in jest, making light of the fun we all had over the "no screw cowl covers" and the "is the grille grey or black" saga of a few months back. Don't really think I could have offended you to that degree, however your response concerning "filling cops with lead" has me a bit worried. I posted the comment below just to refresh your memory. 4: Bringing up the past is not a good idea in this situation.(Fact)

5: Agree to Disagree, and stay away from each other. (MHO)

6: Try to relax, and understand that you will not like everyone, and not everyone will like you. (Fact)

7: This is a message board, and some people sometimes grow enormous brass *****, and say things they don't "always" mean(Fact)

8: Starting a post instead of "E-mailing" him will surely not gain any type of positive solution. (Fact)

It's not difficult to take care of problems like this. Just bite your tongue, and ignore it.

I will try and answer your questions one at a time and then my opinion of you at the end.I do realize this message board is not the place for little stupid remarks but since you still are immature enough to try and **** me off over and over again even after months of being on here without you knowing.All of a sudden my identidy comes out and as soon as it does you need to bring up my name to crack a (provocative) so called joke.

I agree. No need to bring it up again. I've known about BASVT to LQ for a while now, and he has done a FANTASTIC job of keeping it toned down!!! Great Job Ray!

Um, you’re wondering why some folks don’t like cops; you must be kidding yourself here?!?

If by so magical feat good cops from another planet where to appear and police our life’s maybe I could go for it.

By this time it’s obvious that I’ve had a few runs with the law, always speeding involved nothing major.

I really appreciate pulling out my license and getting pulled over a hood ornament of a cop car, ton of fun here! I never even said a word to this ‘gentleman’!

I would like for you guys to just do your job and stop embellishing it to fit your own needs/wills. Look at you guys and the IMF on TV, we are the people not you A holes.

IMHO most if not all cops are dirty, before you shoot your wad, I’m getting my facts from my grandfather who was a Texas Highway Patrol Sheriff, AKA the horses mouth. If I had my way I would probably side with your opponent.

So to finalize this post, you probably won’t find much support here, if anywhere! So take your night stick and well you know the rest.

2. Then you attempt to form a posse of Lightning owners to go over there and defend you.....and your position. (FACT)

3. Now, please tell me what is any different about what Ray does here, and what the LS-1 board members do on their side of the fence. (INQUIRING MINDS WOULD LIKE TO KNOW)

I believe it was Steve himself who admonished us (and rightfully so) for supporting Ray and his behaviour, and could not understand how some of you could turn it around, making Ray some kind of patron saint, and Steve the bad guy for holding the line. And now you, of all people Metallic would tell me to ignore Ray's threats, this after you come crying to the board members for their help and support for your plan to admonish people on the LS-1 board for behaviour not even close to this recent attack.
