Anyone race up at Lebanon valley dragway in Ny? I heard they are having a tuning day in the first 2 weeks of April sometime. Then they have over 10 race events for street classes over the year. Its the closes 1/4 mile to my house so Im going to have to go there to tune.

Ditto on Jeff's above statement, there is no easy way to get there from the coast and it is in the woods. Todd

 

i've raced there a couple times, but my truck isn't in any shape to be even going on a sunday drive...its sitting right now with now motor, a built block on the stands and no heads to go on it. Hopefully it will be up and running in a few months

 

were exactly is this track in ny, maybe a link to events? any were near lake george? i have property 30 min , away.

I'll be headed out there are some point this year. I don't know if I'll make it in April, but I've got to figure out if this truck can do 13's. I hope I didn't get one of the ones in the low 14's and hope that it's easier to run than my '98 with the 5-speed.

From where I am Lebanon is more than a half an hour shorter of a drive than NED. Right over the border on the pike.

 

not a bad track at all and the elevation is a lot less than i thought, but it is kinda a long ride for me and like Jeff said return road is a little freeky to be on

 

Besides that track what is the closest for someone living in central Ct?

 

E-town, NJ

NewEngland Dragway, NH epping

I also go to atco sometimes. farther, but fun

 

If your in the I91/I84 (Hartford) area, I would think that Lebanon would be the closest. NED wouldn't be too much different. I'm near I91 by Enfield. If your further east NED might be closer.

 

im in berlin ct which is just south of hartford by 8 miles..

 

i would like to go to lebanon in May if any one would want to take a trip up somenight
