I haven't tried this in a L, but it works in the Mustang. Pretty cool for the speedo and tach.

AlphaDoggy,

Barber Ford got a 2000 Silver Lightning in. I drove it last night and today I am going down to discuss the paperwork(if they haven't sold it).

Question

In that pictorial information, it says you can start up your truck. When can you start it up, anywhere in the procedure after you get it through the beginnning parts?

I read that like a month and half ago, and try it, I thought it was cool, totally forgot about it. I have the instructions in the glove box.

Yeah, this is pretty cool. I used the digital speedometer on the way home...at times it was +/- 2-4mph compared to my analog gauge...is the digital one true?

It was fun to try. I'll probably use it every once in a while...

Daniel

PS
You can start and any time, before and after you get to where you want. You can cycle after you started too.
