California Customs lame Customer Service
Just to let everyone know....I ordered from www.Californiacustomsusa.com
A Bedrug and a set of clear corners for the L.After 5 weeks and numerous next week it will be shipped statements from Todd one of the sales reps I cancelled My order. I asked that the clear corners be shipped seperate after a couple weeks and they never were. No excuse here,just they haven't been shipped yet. Customer Service doesn't seem to mean a damn thing to this Business.
I have finally ordered from the www.bedrug.com link and one of their distributors in state. They promised a week and free shipping. Price was $379.00 verses $299.00 at California Customs USA and all the bull****tin' you could take....
I'll stop bitchin' Now....
Might be a good idea if the store here would offer this product.

They must have to group their purchases to advertise low prices. my bedrug finally came in about 4 weeks after i ordered it, and it came in from your distributor in Alamaba. i also ordered my roll&lock from cal/concepts. my visa bill came in a month later for the cover, but no roll&lock. told visa i wasn't going to pay for something i didn't get. the phone rings 5mins later, it's cal concepts with a pro and trailer # for the shipment.
