We have a car show every Saturday night at the Pavilion's in Scottsdale. Well I normally take the Corvette, but this time I decided to take the Lightning. It was the only one there. I parked it next to a fleet of 4 rental Vipers. I was completely amazed at how many people were drawn to it. It attracted people from 16 to probably 60 years of age. Many people knew what it was, others knew nothing about, but regardless of how knowledgeable they were about it, many many questions were asked. It was so funny seeing more people looking at my Lightning than people looking at the Vipers next to me. Very much enjoyed the evening.

Hey all you Arizona boys, let's start our own Lightning row at the Pavillions. I think that would be really neat. Also, as a point of interest, I met the owner of R.E. Munks construction Co. (I'm sure you guys have seen the sign on Highway 87), anyhow, he has a 99 white Lightning and I invited him on our trip. This gentleman has got like 15 cars. He invited me to his place in Fountain Hills and said I'm welcome to come by and he'd be happy to show me his collection. I gave him the info about this message board, so hopefully he will come over to it.
