F1, the drop shackle replaces the standard shackle that hold the rear leaf spring. The drop shackle is longer and move the rear mounting of the leaf spring farther up, this moves the body/frame(sprung weight) closer to the axle/wheels (unsprung weight).
Keep inmind that this also brings you closer to your jounce bumps and may cause them to be hit more often.

2000,
Sorry to start something, didn't mean to offend anyone.
To answer your questions:
Yes, I would have sold them about 1/2 of what you paid, and it would have included shipping. No I don't have credit card/check card ordering, it COSTS to much, which in turn would make me charge more for a product.
No again on the commercial web page. It would raise prices. And yes there are pics of my truck on Andthensometoo.com's web page, owners gallery page 4. I have made a few graphics for the members of this board, becuase they are F-150 owners and I am also a member of this board. I do this more as a hobby, and to make a little extra $ on the side. As for being made right & right color,
are you trying to state I don't do things right or just a generalized statement? As long as your happy, thats all that matters. I should have worded my statment different, I guess I was just price shocked.

In defense of Bluedefens(no pun intended), I'd like to say that I've done business with him a couple of times already and I'm completely satisfied with not only the price, but with the quality of his work.
I bet if you provided a pic of a decal you liked to him, he'd be able to get for you at a much better price.
So what if I had to mail him a check.
Brent, keep up the good work!!!!
