Question replacing heads on 02 harley

I Guess I Am Lucky. My Truck Made It A Liitle Over 50,000 Miles Before I Blew A Sparkplug Out Of The Motor. I Have The Engine Down To Removing The Timing Chains And The Heads. I Have The Cheap Chilton Manual That Does Very Little To Explain How To Reinstall The Heads And Line Up The Timing, So Does Anyone Know Of A Publication That Explains How To Align The Timing Chains, Heads And Crank?

Basically, you put the cam gears on the ends of the cams and put the crank gears on the crank stem. There are dots on the gears that are used as markers. When you get the chains on the gears, you need to be able to count 30 links in between the dot on the cam gear and the dot on the crank gear. I am sure someone else will chime in and help you out. It is kind of hard to tell you how to do this without showing you or having pics...
