Weird tire wear???

Weird tire wear???

Hey guys I've got a good one for you. My front driver side tire is wearing really bad I mean slick bad ONLY on the outside not near the engine near the fender( what you see looking at it) Any ideas? Also, the right side is not like this or any othere tire.

Need to get the front end checked out as there may be a worn or loose ball joint or other component. Also, as Bootbox mentioned, could be alignment. Good luck.

You could have hit a particularly big manhole cover, expansion joint, pothole etc... with just that tire. It's possible to knock it out of alignment pretty easily. The nice thing about the alignment is that you probably need it anyway, and the guy can tell you if you have any worn parts (ball joints tie rods etc...) at the same time.

The drivers side is the only "adjustable" lower control
arm which may have loosened up and slipped. Get the
Clunk Washers and the Cam Bolts and proceed to the
alignment shop.
