100,000 miles what should I do?

I have 90,000+ miles on my truck and was wondering what I should do maintenance wise. I put a FTVB in about 30,000 miles ago and change my tranny fluid to Royal Purple. About 15,000 miles ago I cleaned my inner cooler, changed the fluid, and deleted the PCV system. Changed my differential fluid about 50,000 miles ago. Anything else I'm missing? I'm getting worried about the truck not lasting much longer. How long do the stock tranny's last with medium abuse to them?

Thanks
Kurt

Probably. My SC gave up at 151,000 miles.
Still works but makes a ***** load of noise.

Just the basics,

Fuel filter, new plugs, brake fluid, PS fluid, 50/50 coolant, rear end fluid (every 50k), and *maybe* the 02s are getting close to the end of thier life.
