Question

BABolt,
Now that we are on the subject I have a question. I put up a post awhile back how to post pics on this board and received several answers back indicating to use the faq and also to post to zing. The faq did not tell me how to take the photo from somewhere such as zing and then attach it to a post. I've got tons of photos of my 00L but would like to put them to a post. Help.

You can create your own photo album at Zing.com and from there you can post to many message boards. Once you have the album at zing you can right click on your images for properties/data location and then copy that data to F150 Online by doing this . Hope this help you out and lets see your Lightning.

Hey BABolt-
I'll get some photos of my truck when I get it back from service. Suppossedly they said they would re-detail it while it was there, as a 'goodwill gesture' or something. We'll see.

But I'm thinking I really should've had a camera to take pics of the truck up on the rack with tranny fluid dripping down from pretty much all over... hehehe

Question

BABolt,

I created an album in zing successfully. When I right click on any of the images in the album it comes up with a drop down menu and I then click on properties and this just provides me information about the picture, but then the only options available are: OK and Cancel. I can't do anything past that. I don't understand what to at that point.

Peter B,

once you click on properties, Left click and drag to highlight all of the url info,
then right click on it, click copy, go back to the message form

Hope this helps!

Later,
Icepick

Boy, you guys probably think I'm a total idiot, still can't get it.

Icepick, I did exactly what you said, but all I get when I do the final right click and paste is all alphanumeric url string shown below45931a3920c3a72374c3551fa6b235ed/ffccf14e.jpg

I guess, I don't understand the part about the .

I just saw your post and I will try to play with the info you just posted to see if it will work. If not I'll be back!

OK. the url string is no good.
Send me e-mail and I will walk you through the process. mikesmotorsport@mediaone.net
Your url/img string should look like this if your image is at zing.com (http://www.zing.com/picture/pde4f1adc9d844ef306ef2250133ee7f1/ffdbef86.gif)
If you were to take this string and do the an image will pop into your post. Go ahead and copy this string and give it a try.
If you are PeterB1 / PeterB01 at Zing you need some photos in your album.
