I think that's a great system JDM is selling. If I was in the market, I'd get it. The reason being? Yea I could probably save 2 or 3 hundred (or even 5) by a DIY job. But the time I'd invest in researching, asking for how to's, getting the parts, f'n something up, redoing or causing more damage would cost way more than what I'd save by the plug-n-play. I'm glad vendors do this legwork for us that don't want to spend every free moment in the garage (have multiple hobbies/things to do). I've always gladly paid for their (not JDM yet, but other vendors) efforts. It gets old seeing them ripped on for doing this. Nice system JDM

That's cool if you're not sure about your mechanical abilities. I save a *****LOAD of money by doing things myself.

Nope. I've actually done a motor swap before back in the day on my old Charger. F'n it up was sorta a joke.
Only now, I live on the beach and any work I do is in the street on jackstands ghetto style (added all my bolt ons myself). Plus, at this point in time, I'd rather be out chasing tail or riding my Kawi. But, if I wanted to go to the next level on my truck, I'd need to address the fuel, and JDM's kit would be tight. That's all I'm saying. There still is a market out there for guys like me who don't care about maybe paying a little excessive to have quality product. No reason to fault JDM (or any vendor) for that matter. If they quit, then some people are screwed.

I'm not trashing JDM at all. They DO have great products. They just want too much money for some of their stuff. I'm going to order an aluminum short block to replaced my built long block.
