Thumbs up Chips, Filters and Pulleys

The first Test and Tune for the year went well. I made 9 runs, 3 good ones, and a lot of tire spin

The 3 good runs were 13.429 @ 101.14, 13.432 @ 101.86 and 13.459 @ 102.37 mph.

On two of the good runs, I dusted a 99 R/T, whose fastest run on the day was a 15.128 @ 90.16.

There was another black 99, with a chip, pulley and a K&N filter. He got it all from Sean Hyland, and his best run was 13.2xx @ 103.xx. His pulley was close to the same diameter as the tip of the snout on the front of the supercharger itself. He did the pulley changing himself, and did not want to hear my concerns regarding overspinning the rotors...

Thumbs up

thats some good, consistant times blacklight. just a chip? no filter or anything else. you must be ready for some new tires, as you were one of the first to get a 99 L. that pulley didn't do much for that other guys times.

Just a chip. I ran with tailgate down and around 1/8 tank of 94 Chevron gas.

I think his chip is not optimised for the setup. He sounds different from me when getting up in rpm, but I checked, no exhaust changes.
