Yoda

Do you work for a software company that recently became a b2b e business company?
Does the term matrix mean anything to you ??

hehe, no I work for a company that sells, call waiting, caller id, voice mail, internet, cell phones, high speed data lines. Thats right a phone company (US West) as a sales rep. They take the top 150 sellers on an all expense paid trip once a year (last year was Cancun). It is a lot of fun. It sure does pay well & the benefits are great! On thursday this past week I won another trip to Las Vegas with $2000 spending cash.

Cool

YODA,
I just got back from Las Vegas, still have my shorts, but that's about it! Win some, lose some more. When you're over on the big island, and you do your snorkeling, be careful of the lava rocks. They definately make your feet feel like cheese on a cheese grater. One good thing about the salt water though, it seems to make them heal quickly. The resort you're staying at is definately high class. Very busy, though for the big island. Hope you have a rental car--4x4 is best to see some really cool stuff. If you run by Costco they have a book there called "Hawaii The Big Island Revealed" by Andrew Doughty and Harriett Friedman Published by Wizard Publications. It is an excellent book to live by on the island. If it has a gem by the item, it's a must see! You can visit there web site at www.wizardpub.com to check it out. Hope Kilauea is flowing again. It stopped when we were there in September. I would say have fun, but you can't avoid it there.

Yoda,

While on Maui, check out the following:

Bicycle down the volcano. Several tour companies do it. Lots of fun! Takes about half a day.

Rent a Harley from Island Riders and ride around the northern "head" of the island. Be careful, however. A little dangerous but incredibly beautiful. Be sure to stop by the Iao Needle on the eastern side of the head.

In your rental car, take the 3 hour trip down to Hana. Spectacular!

Eat a sunset dinner at Mama's Fish House. Pricy but worth it.

Take a helicopter tour.

On the Big Island:

From Kona drive north through the huge Parker Ranch located in the rain forest at the north end of the island.

Visit (of course) Volcano National Park. Unbelievable!

Check out South Point, the southern-most point of land in the 50 states.

Walk along a black sand beach.

My bride and I did all of this (and lots more - e.g., we were married inside an extinct volcano at the base of a 130 ft. waterfall on Maui, etc.)

Have fun - You'll love it!

Mike

HEHE YOU SUCK. I work for Carlson Wagonlit, so when you guys have to travel you call me and we set it up. Y'all can be downright impossible...It's too bad about Sol Trujillo huh? hehe Anyway, if you make it to Maui hit Hana *and tell my family hi* If you go to Oahu make sure you go to Sea Life Park and Polynesian Cultural Center. Have a good time, be safe and if the locals call you Haole don't say thank you and don't make eye contact k? hehe

My company sends all the big wigs on a trip once a year, and I don't get to go but I saw the pics from this years hawaii trip.

They all rented Harleys or Vipers and went for a ride...

After riding around they all suggest get a viper or something... the roads are twisty, lots of fun with something that sticks

Screw all the tourist spots....

If you're on Oahu just jump over the Pali Highway to Kailua... Go Hit Kailua beach.
Grab a bike and just cruise around.

Its all you need to know.

Stop by Windward Ford and tell the boys I said HI.

*sigh* home
