Hey, Dirt....If you don't mind me asking, I'd like to learn about how you did your headliner (adhesive, any problems you might have had, etc.) - it's next on my list... Feel free to email or PM me!

Thanks in advance,

Steve

Mobile Car Audio in Pearl City Hawaii did them for me. I paid $500 for both panels.

I paid about $430 for parts and labor to cut the passenger seat down.

HI!... For those that have bought after market interior carpet for a F-150 reg-cab, does the new carpet have any holes in it? What I means is, my truck has a huge hole where the center console used to be due to my truck came equipped from the factory with bucket seats. I now have RCI racing seats in the truck with "NO" center console. I would like to get some new carpet that does not have that huge hole in it between the seats and the small holes in the very back where the tools box studs used to go through. I'm not running that in the cab anymore either. I would expect though that the seat bolt holes are there though, right? Anyone got pics of the new carpet installed without the interior installed????

I didn't do it. Every thing was taken out of the truck and smoothed. Even the dash. All of the plastic was dyed black.

Just a little input here, from the experiences that I have had -

My black carpet - from stockinteriors.com - had no gaps, no holes, and fit almost perfectly. You will need to call them in order to make sure the order is correct, especially if you have an APO/FPO address.

The process that I did on my interior plastic required everal steps:

1) Remove plastic parts, and sand them smooth
2) Spray them with plastic adhesive promoter
3) Prime them
4) Base coat them
5) Clearcoat them

..........And be advised - you WILL need patience in order to get it perfect (I know this from experience, and I am still not quite satisfied)....

Any questions or requests for numbers or references, please email me.

Hope this helps...

Steve
