Painted Tailgate Handle?

I have a White L and would like a white tailgate handle, anyone sell them??? I've seen chrome ones 4 sale, but not painted ones. I don't really want to paint my own.

Also, can I find pre-painted side steps???

Pre painted - probably not anywhere, unless a guy on eBay is selling them on the side.

Mine were all painted when my truck was done:

I had mine done at a local paint shop for 75 bucks. You won't find them anywhere prepainted. Google brings this how-to up.

I went to the local Ford dealer, which has an in house body shop, to get an estimate for painting my tailgait handle, the plug that goes in the hitch ball hole, and the front license plate bracket and frame. I told the guy giving me the estimate I would remove the pieces and all I would need is them sprayed. He said if he wrote it up formally it would be ~$50, instead he said to drop them off w/ $20 and he'd give it to one of the guys to spray on his lunch. Next day, done for $20. Advise, talk w/ your local body shop.

MaxPower, it looks like your steps and bumper cover were painted without smoothing. Do you have any closer pictures of them?

Thanks,
David

I had my painter smooth the texture out, and leave the "ribbing":

Pictures don't do it justice - all the clearcoat on the pieces and truck are like GLASS!

I had my tail gate handle done a LONG time ago when I need the bumper cover repainted. On a black truck it is soooo much nicer! We had two parked side by side and omg does the textured plastic look like awful.
