I also made it out last night to HRP new best time of 13.166@103.84 on a 1.949 60'. This was an improvement over my 13.39@101 from the last trip. New mods consisted of full bassani exhaust and a Prom 80mm maf (an absolute must have).

what size is the stock MAF?

 

Hey Nathan, Sal here. The stock MAF is also 80mm. It flows very well, and there really is no need to change it. The Pro-M kit is really just a $400 filter, because the only gain you see from that kit is from the addition of the cone filter. Our testing showed that our PSP filter kit made just as much power for well over half the cost. Other here on the forum have also verified this.

I am really curious here...have you actually dyno tested the MAF? How about your PSP kit? I have not tried the PSP kit, but I did dyno back to back the ProM 80mm and found 20rwhp...same day same dyno. Have you seen 20rwhp with the PSP kit?

BTW...the bassani full exhaust was good for a whopping 8rwhp!

Hey guys, Sal here. One of my local customers has a 99 with my chip, filter, drag radials and custom 3 inch exhuast with no cats (stock headers). He has recently turned a best time of 12.79 and was wondering if any non-nitrous trucks have turned better times. Any feedback would be appreciated, thanks!!

Best i could "squeeze" out under perfect conditions was a 12.7 (g-tech) w/100shot, that guy knows his truck.
