I will say a bad coil. mine did things like you are saying. It ran fine then all the sudden it ran like crap. I had to take it in for a diagnostic check to find the problem. coils can be very weird demons when they crap out. They might work fine until they get warm, they might not work at all. Mine was pretty good till it started to warm up, then towards the end it was crap all the time. but great idle and part throttle, just would not hold under "X" amount of load.
If nothing else works, that would be my next step.

Drained/changed the fuel and filter and new plugs(all looked fine) and she's back up and going pretty good. It wasn't as cold tonight, but it came back to where it had been before fine 
It must have been the last tank of gas I filled up with. Fugggg that Shell station!
