Post tired old subject of nitrous...

i know this is old, but i must make final preparations, my lightning will be here in no more than 3 weeks...
for those of you who use, or have used nitrous, do u start the nitrous via a switch yourself, or does it come on to a set RPM level,
which way would be best for the lightning, or any comments regarding this
thank you for all comments

Hey Silver, Sal here. Most nitrous kits come with a "mircoswitch" that mounts to the throttle body and get activated at WOT. Personally, since these trucks have enough off the line traction problems, what I would do is get an MSD RPM activated switch, and set it for an RPM that won't break the tires loose after you are already moving, like 2000 rpm. Just an idea....
