My Lightning has been pegging at 10.0 lbs. from the time I completed my break in period on this vehicle. Pretty consistently at both partial and WOT in ambient temperatures from 30 to 85 degrees. After modifications the needle just jumps to 10.0 + lbs. faster.

Stock gauge:

6 lbs pre filter/chip
8.5 lbs after filter/chip

Autometer gauge:

8.5 lbs pre filter/chip
11 lbs after filter/chip

They are replacing my gauge cluster to repair the broken backlighting. It's a 2 day affair because they have to send it to Ford to have the odometer readings transfered and certified.

I'll post what the new gauge reads.

I purposefully check mine today and it pulled exactly 10#’s (75 degrees), I do have a K&N filter in the stock airbox. I do remember checking before and it only pulled 8#’s (105 degrees)before the K&N.

Can’t wait to order the PSP chip and filter, I wish Sal would e-mail me back!
