That is what you call service, but also the only way to prove your product.
Valuable information & data gained by checking your trans after all that use.

Awaiting delivery of BTS unit to UK

Thank you DealerJim for providing the details of the customer service provided by Brian's Truck Service.
When it was time for a built trans for my truck, I wasn't sure which way to go. As someone who's been around here awhile, I knew of the customer service that use to apply to the MB. But lately that has slipped, along with the quality.

So I went with the BTS trans.............
Looks like one of the best moves I've made lately

In my limited time with it in my truck, I swear by it

Not to thread jack but does anyone have a detailed how to involving installing the superduty transcooler ?? I'm going to be doing a 1400+mile trip this summer towing, and was thinking this could be a good preventive mod for my truck.

Jim that was a Great post.................You know that I support Brain, now after all the changes I have made I may need to make a refresh trip......Got to love those BTS Trannies.........laying down all this TQ and not a problem out of that bad boy.
