Tires for Lightning

What sort of options for tires do I have? My F1s are about shot. Are there some slightly larger tires available for the stock wheels? How about brand recommendations?

Thanks,
Ron

The answer changes in a big way if you are driven by all round preformance on an everyday bassis or you are driven by bling, no mater how it feels. The vast majority of the opinions that you will get here all lean on one direction.

How will those nittos work for lets say a road coarse? minus the DR's on the back and sticking with the 295's?

Nitto's only way to go for launching! Drop them by 8lbs.

Feather her out and watch everything in the rear view.

Road coarse that's another tire!

The Stock tire is a great tire for everyday and preformance, not the best for drag racing though. I have 5 stock ones that are in good shape that I might sell. Let me know, new they are very expensive, over 250 a piece! BK
