Autologic 2003 EEC-V

When I bought my 99 lightning it had a switch in the glove box, it was a single pole single throw switch that the seller said one way was performance and the other is racing. The switch went to the red and one of the black wires on a autologic 2003 for the EEC-V. There are four wires on the autologic. Does anyone know of a place that can program one of these? and I read that a rotory switch was the type used with this. Any info would be great.
