Just about to paint my Tamiya R/C Lightning that I got for Christmas - had to send back the original body shell - major defect on it.

I have two cans of red in front of me - Pactra RC287 Bright Red and Pactra RC254 Racing Red.

Anybody done a red one yet and which color is more like the original? I havent't seen a red L in living color to make my pick.

Help?!?

In our experience, the Racing Red was the closest match and was used for the ones we sent out before Christmas.
