Unwinding
OK,
I'm ready to unwind the bolt. I've got a lot of room just north in Wyoming. What's the best aero? Tonneau on? or off. Tailgate up or down? All things equal, my bolt is bone stock, how many miles will it take me to make me 140? Will it do it at 5000 ft. elevation?

I used to live in Cheyenne and northwest of there. You shouoldn`t have to worry about space.

What type of cover? If its hard leave it on, And if its the factory soft cover be careful they tend to come loose at SPEED. As for distance to top speed probebly a couple of miles give or take so be careful.
