2002 Lightning, did I make a mistake

I just bought a 2002 Lightning with 26000 miles. The truck is in good shape. It has billet grills (upper and lower), aftermarket headlights, fiberglass bedcover, bedrug, 22" chrome wheels and like new tires, Volant intake, and a borla catback exhaust. Did I make a mistake by giving $24000 for it?

Just have a bad feeling after signing for it and would like some opinions.

If you're happy with the truck, don't worry about it... I'm sure you'll get a bunch of "you got ripped off" replies, but if it's a done deal and you like your new truck it's all good.............just my opinion.......JR

congrats BTW

so what color did you buy??????????????

Who cares what you paid now! You already bought it. I wouldn't have even said how much you bought it for.

The lightning is an exceptional vehicle that is somewhat rare nowadays (at least for a good low mileage one like yours).

A TRUCK IS WORTH WHAT SOMEONE IS WILLING TO PAY FOR IT! Not what some price guide say.

Don't worry be happy man!!!

I sold mine about 6 mos ago for $24,500. It was stock but had a great stereo system in it. Also only had 21,000 miles on it. Man do I miss it.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I really felt the same way, I wanted it so I bought it, now I plan on enjoying every minute. Now I just need to add a 4# lower and get a Troyer tune.

The truck is black by the way, same color as the one I had back in '01. Man it's good to be back.

CONGRATS, AND WELCOME HOME FST FRD

WOO HOO

Everytime I think of how much my 02 cost, "the real price after a 6 yr note" (still 2-1/2 yrs left) and the 15 K I must have put in it, "on my CC's", I can truly say mine cost more than my house (ok so I live in a shack, BUT I HAVE A Lightning hehehe)

Now if I was only driving it again (&@^$%)@$%)@$%)@$$

BTW, BLACK IS THE FASTEST, AND THE MOST BESTEST LOOKING : o )

But a great truck would not get rid of mine.
