Russell,
That is not my DIY port (wish I can be that good). It is by ID 10 T and I actually asked him if he is able to do the same for others

I have ported two eatons so far myself.

Port 1: +25rwhp and +25rwtq gain... no boost increase
Port 2: +20rwhp and +30rwtq gain... +3 boost increase

So it can be down if you some of the right tools (port 1) or a really big grinder..(port 2)

What I did dfferent was that in port 1 I kinda made a look alike of the old apten style port job. Just making the V shaped outlet a little bigger and added the extra whole of the end of the V shape. Leaving a little gap of metal between the V shaped opening and the \_/ whole.

Similar to the pic kromdom posted but the extra whole was similar but smaller.

In port 2 I just made a longer V shape opening without the extra whole. The V shaped opening extended to where the whole goes on a apten style port job.

In both ports I took some time to clean up the inlet of the blower and gasket match it with a pencil grinder.

I didn't take any pictures other wise i would have posted them.

i actually spent more time on the intake side of mine than the outlet. for the outlet i just cut the extra hole and opened up the outlet about 1/4" all the way around. the outlet on mine is a little rough, but i ran out of time and wanted to get the truck back together. no dyno comparisons, becuase i ported the blower when the truck was down the engine swap. i changed too many things to have any comparison at all.
