sputtering?

I was at FFW in Epping NH last month and I bought a 6lber from the guys at JDM and had them to throw a custom tune on my SCT Flasher as well. My other mods are bassani mid pipes and catback and CAI. But ever since I put the pulley on and the new tune whenever I romp on it and then let off the gas at all, I hear a sputtering noise coming from the exhaust. I know there are no leaks in the exhaust because there was no sputtering before the pulley and tune. Now could this mean I'm running to lean or rich?? Other than that the truck runs beautifully and the pulley was an excellent decsion IMO (I actually got a speeding ticket as soon as I finished installing it ). So any ideas of what my problem could be??
Oh yea the JDM guys told me to put some NGK TR6 plugs on gapped at .35....could this be part of the problem? And is that the right plug and gap, the only reason I ask that (its not that I don't trust JDM) its just that all the tables I read about the plugs says that the TR6's are rated for 12psi and with a 6lb pulley wouldn't that bring me to around 14psi?? sorry if I am rambling but any help would be appreciated...thanks.

The TR6's will be fine. Im running a 6lb lower and a 75shot of nitrous. Just pulled mine this weekend. I have about 25 nitrous passes on them and they looked great.
