I found the solution to my problems

After blowing the DPTF hoses of the EGR tube three times last
weekend, we figured the cats were plugged. So off to Ford for
a warranty trip. Well the service manager found the bung that
I had installed for the Holley NOS kit Air Fuel setup, and denied
the claim because the exhaust was modified. The area service
rep also declined the warranty claim when I escalated the decision
to him.

I do not see where a bung could cause the cats to fails, but I needed
a solution, so I bought Maggie High Flow Cats (Thanks Jesse!) and
I can't believe the difference ...

My truck must have been loosing power a little at a time so I didn't
notice the difference. On track last weekend at Gingerman I timed
a few laps and was about 7 seconds slower ... I was also running rough
and I did manage to keep all the plugs firing.

"Christine" is back to her mean old self ... and MORE ... I feel like I
picked up about 50 HP ... It's radically quicker now.

Cliff

yeah

discussion before has revealed that most of your gains from a full exhaust is coming from the high flow cats and not the headers. I have both so I can't tell you but it definetly feel was strong without the stock exhaust.
