Sal you beat me to it.... yeah it was hard to tell, Sal checked just about everything and the only thing left was the timing chain. Way to go Ford tech!!!don't trust a dealer ...super job replacing that chain.
On another note, the truck never ran as strong as it did once Sal fixed the problem.

why not pull the cover and check the timing chain?

Good luck with your issue!

They degreed my buddy's Factory stock car and he reccomends them very highly.

As far as the adjustable crank gears being cheaper, they are a little, but the cam gears are so much easier to set, plus you will have tons more adjustability. Talk to Mike at lmengines, Suavy, Im sure he will give you a deal.

Hey promod, give me a call sent you a couple of e-mails I need to call in a favor.

God Bless,

Yes; Left side cam was retarded 1 tooth. The top timing marks lined up, but the bottom one was off one tooth; or one link how ever you want to call it.

Basically they are working out however I take care of them from decisions to money. The builder has left me out in the cold on this one

I took the mis-installed Crower Stg2's out and put some Comp Stg3's in. It's running pretty good; been waiting on a few parts to get it tuned and setup right. It should be good to go in a week or two

I know all about being left out in the cold man. I feel for you there. If it wasn't for that my truck would have a roll cage and be a different color right now.
I am glad you are getting her back up and running though. Goodluck with it and I wish you the best. -Mat-

Thanks; been good seeing you get yours going too I just hope the core of the motor doesn't have some underlying problem that's gonna bit me in the a$$; even if it's good I see no reason to give them credit after I have to half way reassemble it.

Yeah; if I hadn't had all the problems mine would probably be on the bottle now and trying to running mid 6's in the 1/8th. For now I'll see how it'll do on boost alone; hopefully something in the 6's close to 100mph.
