im getting a ported blower, now what?

im getting a ported blower, now what?

im getting an lfp port from a buddy... i currently have a 6lber on the truck.... i am getting a dyno tune once the port is is on.. do i stick with the 6 or get a 4lber??? all stock block.. help me out

You will be fine with a 6lb,ported blower and a tune,,,,The tunning is the most important part.If you live in a area that gets real cold in the winter then I would use the 4lb.

What's "real" cold Bruce? We're in Gainesville Florida and the lowest it will ever hit is low 30's MAYBE.

You should be fine with a good tune. I run a 4lb lower on my steig with a 50 shot in the dead winter of alabama and im still in one piece
