KnightS,

Everyone is entitled to thier opinion. I have driven all kinds of cars and trucks, some good, some bad, some great, some horrible. They generally don't care what badge they have on the outside, if it's a bad vehicle, it's a bad vehicle.

As to your jealousy and the comments about our leaving, this is a public forum and I respect everyone's right to post here, and the opinions they express. Owners on this page,SVT or otherwise are all equal, and you've never heard anyone say otherwise, except in jest.

IF YOU CAN'T TAKE A JOKE, THEN YOU LEAVE.

Thumbs up

I guess I've had the good and bad from chevy-
84 Z28- great car but got front end taken out by idiot who pulled out and was totalled.
86 IROC Z28- the "lemon law" was tailor made for this car and t-tops to boot.yikes!

Now it's Ford's turn with the Lightning and its so far so good. I might need a little of that mahogany or oak to knock on myself.

Uh,no one has been putting down on chevy's?Look at the first section of this post-full of it.And no I'm not jealous. If I WANTED to buy a sport truck for an outrageous price it would be a Steeda or Roush.Again-so I can use it as a TRUCK.Gee,a 5000lb tow capacity versus my 10,000 to 12,000-real close.Lightning, call Courtesy Ford in Ga-my paint jobs are on file. And no one DESERVES anything here except to give and take information about Ford trucks.I'm just saying you all sound the same as the so called "teenagers who don't even own a car" over at the other site. And I don't need to "DREAM" of owning anything.I have a nice paying job as I'm sure most of you all do.If I wanted to run with the BOWTIES I'd have bought a Vette or a Viper-not a hopped up ford(akalightning) Why should I leave?-I own a F150 not a lightning.Hence the title"Late model F150 site".Not "lightning online".

The point is that this IS the LIGHTNING section, not the "average truck" section. If you don't like what your reading here-maby you shouldn't be visiting this section. This forum is about Lightnings. The "average truck" section is elsewhere on F150ONLINE.

Red face

asdeman-F*#K YOU and your LITTLE RED WAGON.The only piece of sh*t here is the one I'll shove down your neck after pinching off your peabrained little head. You're right-it is the "little lightning that possibly could" forum, but the SITE is F150 Online.I have an F150 that's why I'm here.Yes your truck is a slightly warmed over F150-that is why you're here.As I said before-I'm just saying to quit thinking your truck is better than ours when the only difference in the supercharger. And the average truck section is this whole site not "somewhere else".By the way-your truck is faster-not better.Actually it's worse since it's part F150,F250 and Expy. It's not a total design, just a piece together.
Try racing a chevy in back to back quarters without stopping for gas one day and see who wins.lol
Mikey-I've got 40 posts to your 7 so obviously I do contribute something here.I give a little information everywhere-not just one little forum.

I've actually been a Ford man since I was 15.My first car was a '68 mustang with a 302.From there a '70 Fastback with a Boss 302 installed. Then came a '69 Mach 1.All were good cars that enjoyed my many mods.My brother owned a '93 mustang for a little while.Only in 1992 did I own my first chevy. It was a Rocket. As I said earlier-not one single problem.Thought it was made by Honda for a while there.lolAgain-no problem with the lightnings.Just the immature morons who drive them(Not everyone who owns one). And I do have bad paint on my truck.Within 6 months of buying new it had thin spots on the bed, roof and hood.First repaint looked worse.Second not much better.Looks okay-but chips easily and the painter had no clue how to paint above the steps in the bed(orange peel out the wazoo)

Angry

I am going to close this thread due to complaints. I want everyone involved to re-read the terms of usage of this message board. Some of you might find that your posting privledges are about to be revoked and if they are and you complain, your ISP will be the first to hear about. Bottom line, GROW UP and let's all get along. I don't have the time or interest to police immature idiots.
