yeah

don't want to argue but....

So I guess you're right? I did not gain 4psi, I gained 3.5psi @ Peak.
I've never heard of that much of a gain in boost from a ported blower. I have one...............

I gained that much.

Almost EVERYONE in the original thread said they picked up as much as 4 #s with a ported blower.

You do want to argue evidentally but the point is who really cares how many pounds of boost you are making, that doesn't dictate power. Why don't question his water temperature? Or what brand of air is in his tires. Boost is pretty much just for self edification, the number itself really means nothing.

Rest your neck keyboard warrior, I said right out that i didn't want to argue but I have never heard of anyone picking up 4lbs of boost on a ported blower and i'm on the boards here every day. I've seen 1-2 lbs max.

I get an indicated 11 or more on my stock engine.

I have a APten ported Eaton and a 6# lower with Bassani equal shorty's, hi flows and MAC catback. I at most see 15# of boost.

My HP is near yours 435/522

yeah

I see 12-13 max. With 4lb lower and port and seen 437 532.

I have a six pound right next to me ready to go on. I'm nervous about it though.

That's funny! I'm running 17* also! It must be that both Ls are DSG in color! I'm staying away from the 20*+ timing thing....makes me nervous.
