jba header installation
well, driver side is on.3 hr. a lift is a nessisity,do take out the wheel well, air ratchet is nice, and put the oxegen tube adaptor in its hole before puting the header on.just take your time and they really arnt that bad to put on.i also used the stock studs and nuts on this side and the pass side also if possible.sure am glad i dont have to lay under cars or trucks on jack stands any more.pass side waits ,will update later.
gp - I had mine installed today at a cost of $250, all labor. The local muffler shops would not put them on for me because they said their rack needs to make $75-100/hour and the job takes approximately 6 hours. Anyway, the Roush guys put them on and the sound is exactly what I was looking for (I decided to leave the stock muffler in place).
Are you adding the headers only?

DavidS -
I will have pictures posted by this weekend. My AAD Ram Air hood will be ready tomorrow so I'm waiting until the whole thing is done before I do a photo shoot. Stay tuned.

passenger side is on.definatly start on this side cause it will try all the pationse you have!i put headers on a boss 429 in less time than these things.they fit fine but getting those bolts started is a pain in the fingers.have a tap on hand also, these bolts cross thread in an instant.once you get all the bolts in its not to much trouble to tighten them.and until some one finds a better running muffler im keeping the stock one.also ,you cant use but 3 of the stock studs on this side. man, i hope this thing pulls the front wheels for all the trouble they where.i would still do it all over again to if i had to.there worth the time for what you get in return.pro m meter is next then 4.11 gears.
$250 is a good price, I paid $300 to have mine installed which was a good deal too.
I am picking up the pictures of the install this Saturday and will post them on Monday.
