Former chevy guy

I'm new to Lightnings. I just bought an '03 and I'm still waiting for it to be delivered. Right now I would like to get about 450 hp/500 tq to the wheels but I'd like to run on pump gas and drive it daily. Anyone out there doing this?
Has anyone been running with a larger crank pully for say 40,000 miles or more?

Just about everyone here. Those levels are reachable and also considered the safe limit for the stock block. There are different ways to reach that goal. Everyone has done something different. From little bolts ons to changing Supercharger. I think most will suggest a KB to start things off.

you can add little mods and creep up to that power, or you can just spend the money now and go aftermarket s/c.

stop now while your ahead, and never read these boards again. they are sending subliminal messages for you to buy stuff on your truck to make it go faster and more bling. I blame these boards for my addiction!!!
