Has anyone tried to wire their fog lamps through a toggle switch? Might look trick to run these alone during the daytime and twilight. Also, how do you disconnect that D**N door chime?

Door chime???? when does it chime? when the keys are in the ign? Guess i never noticed it, take my keys out b4 i get out, hum.

Steve Bopp, there is a reason Ford does not allow you to run your fog lights alone without the headlights, it's illegal. But if you don't care about that, then it could be done. You'd need to get a wiring diagram and just trace a lot of wires. I recently added fog lamps to my 99 F150 and because I wired it myself, I could have wired it so that the fog lamps could be on with the high beams, but I did not do that.

Freezer, I see that your're in CA. Are you sure running fog lamps is illegal, what with all the vehicles with Daytime Running Lamps, the bowtie trucks with their funny little lights on during the day, etc.
