i found my answer

Crowers spring is 74 lbs@ 1.720"
patriots spring is 75 lbs@ 1.720"
Crowers spring is 245 lbs@ 1.100"
Patriots spring is 247 lbs @ 1.100"
Crowers coil bind is 1.040"
Patriots coil bind is 1.050"

The stage 3 cam is a .612" lift, that means that from the install height of 1.720" the spring's open height will be 1.108" which will leave .068" before their spring coil binds with the crowers. Patriots spring would be open .058" before coil bind.

.050" is considered a safe barrier between lift and coil bind.
