Lightning wheels, what do they weigh each?
I just put on a set of snows and steel rims. I didn't actually weigh them, but the factory wheels (rim and rubber) are around 50-60 lbs each.

SnowPlow,
Were the steel rims that you got for a regular F-150? I'm looking at getting a set of winter tires as well but I'm concerned about the clearance for the brakes.
Also did the new rims/tires mess up your ABS or speedometer by much?

Hi there Scooter.
Yes, the rims I got are for a stock F150. I was told that bolt pattern was such that there was no other option in a plain steel rim other then the stock ones. It was either that or an after market aluminum rim. You will definately not be able to go smaller then 16 inch rims. In the back there is just enough clearance for the calipers.
The overall wheel hight is slightly larger so at high speed the speedometer will be reading slightly slower then you are actually going, but the tires are only rated for 160km/hr anyway.
I have not noticed anything different with the way the ABS works. I got the rims for $89.00 each and the rubber for $179.00 each.
