Arrow LFP tunes?

I am looking into getting a chip, filter, pulley setup from Mark at LFP. Which by the way has VERY good customer service. My question is how are his custom mail order tunes on the Xcal 2? It might be a while before I get a chance to go to a dyno and see my A/F. Do you think that I would be okay to run that tune for a while? Thanks for your help in advance.

Haven't heard of anyone running a LFP tune. Do they even have a truck for testing?

Not sure, All he told me is that he would send the Xcal 2 with a custom summer and winter tune. The reason I was interested is becasue the deal he is offering me. He is offering a 4lb interchangeable pulley, LFP CAI, Thermostat, belt, and Xcal 2 for $700. That seems like a good deal to me, what do you all think?

sounds like a pretty decent deal.... For best results though I'd wait to get a dyno tune. I am not too up to speed on the Xcal 2 (sold the L 2 months ago but I still hang around here) but the custom tunes could just be out of the box SCT hot/cold tunes?

Those were kind of my thoughts at first, I just wanted to get some more opinions before I spend the money. Thanks for all of your help, it is greatly appriciated. I think that I will call one of the big 3 and do it right the first time.

Call him and find out the specifics. I would want to know exactly what I was getting before putting it in my truck. As for the quality, they are NOT going to give you something that will mess up your truck intentionally. But, you should verify your A/F and timing once it is on your truck just to make sure everything is within acceptable limits.
