Do these exist? I've gotten spoiled by my daily driver having radio controls on the steering wheel. I tend to do a lot of channel surfing on my way to and from work, I can change the volume or change between the preset stations which makes it where I almost never have to reach to touch the radio. Was this option on any of the F150's or Expedition's that could be adapted to the Lightning?

 

There was someone over on the harley boards (nhtoc) that swapped the wheel column from an expidition or blackwood with the controls for the stereo and the climate control. Might want to check over there, I believe his name was Rob W.
