The lightning changes for 2000, ford has revised these and the price:

Color matched rear-view mirrors
overhead console, with clock and temp

The only option is now the bed cover.
The Hitch and CD Changer are now standard.
Futher more, the audio head unit and speakers are now the premium level, with cassette.


New price: ~$30500

Other reports I've seen said that the standard Y2K stereo would exchange its tape deck for an indash single CD player but that the 6-disc changer/tape player combo would continue as an option.

That was the first release, from SVT, it has since change.

Just wanted to share the fact that my order for a new 2000 was just confirmed. What's this about an electric rear window now reportedly being included?

Didn't hear that, but **If I remember Right** the rear is now sliding and tinted.
