How much $$ have you spent on mods?

I just read on another forum, some guys spent a few thousand, some almost $100,000.

Ever sit down and add up all the mods you put on your truck?
What's the total? Break it down and give the newbies an idea.

ME? Well I'll list what I currently have, I bought ans sold and swapped so many parts over the years...

6# lower $150
Efan $175'ish
Cobra water pump $50
90mm MAF $100
JLP Ram AIr intake $150
Ported/polished upper intake $75
Apten ported Eaton $400
NGK BR-7 $10
Bassani Equal Length Headers $250
Hi Flow Cats $100
MAC Cat Back $250
Factory Tech Valve Body $150
JLP Lift bars $200
Drive shaft loop $35
Strange Engineering Racing shocks $130
3 gauges $75
pillar pod $50
4.10 gears with carbon fiber slotted clutches $550

$2900 in mods.
I bought what I could used and tried to save money.
However, I've sold at least $1000 in used parts over the years.

OH... Forgot the Drag SLicks... I haven't a clue how much I paid for them.

See you can go fast if you shop wisely!

(Dyno tuning not included (Thanks SAL))

Well I have fed the mod beast on a bunch of toys. Be happy if the L is your only habbit. My current addiction is my Aprilia. How does $1800 for exhaust sound? V-Twin no less. Ouch! If it's Italian it's expensive.

All the work isn't complete, but when it is the total will be around $16,000 + 2k in audio.

With the KB on already, and the motor getting built, a BTS tranny, Racetested Nitrous Kit, and tuning, I will be around 17-18,000.
