5W30 oil

I have been running Amsoil 0w30 synthetic oil for the past year in my truck, and was wandering what the differance was in that and 5w30. Should I stay with the 0w30 or switch to 5w20 or 5w30 synthetic oil? I just never have been clear on this. I know its been talked over alot but all opinions are different. Thnaks!

I ran Royal Purple's Racing #11(5W20) for the first(started at 4,000 miles) 80,000 miles. I changed to RP's Street 5W30 recently for no real reason. Their 5W20 oil has worked fine for me for a long time.

I've never used a "0W30" viscosity................
