Limit of the factory air to water intercooler?

Anybody been able to figure out whats the limit to the factory air to water intercooler both in air flow ability and cooling ability.

Looking for info both with a blower and running a turbo. Knowing of coarse that a turbo will be more efficient.

alot of guys are running 600 rwhp with the stock setup, some people add a powercooler setup for the track which will help. I think sal had over 700rwhp with his turbo and air to air setup. JL has over 700rwhp I believe and uses the stocker, though shooting nitrous through it probably helps.

Yeah; the biggest HP guys are running the bottle through it so that is giving a cooling effect.

There is also a question of would the intake system with the intercooler core in place be able to flow enough air for 800rwhp.

What I'm trying to find out is if the factory air to water intercooler would support say 800rwhp with a decent sized Turbo setup.

I know an air to air with a hollow intake would flow it and be pretty cool, just cost goes up.
