FTVB help

I installed the ftvb today and by accident removed the wrong valve body, three check ***** came out, think they are back in the right spot but could be wrong. The problem is that the truck shifts into 2nd gear really late, at least at 3000 rpm's. If I romp on the engine the rmps go way past 5000rpms and it doesn't shift until I let off the gas a little bit. Also, the overdrive light is blinking. I have checked all fuses and they are OK.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks
Mike

Get a hold of Gregg he has a picture of where they go. There is a total of 4 and two are larger than the others.
Don't ask how I know.
Search may show the locations to put them back.

Yea I have done the searches and have not found the diagrams, I also contacted Gregg Evans and he also told me to search for the diagrams. He said it was in his gallery on f150online but I cannot find it anywhere.

I am just letting everyone know that I have fixed my truck. I appreciate all the help I have recieved. I called Lee Myles transmissions in the morning and they helped me out with a diagram on where the check ***** go, put everything back in and now the tires chirp from 1-2 and 2-3. Absolutely an amazing mod for this truck.

Thanks for all the help

Mike

Yea that was a stomach-turning feeling. I was shaking, but then I came here and found out I was not the only one. Shifts real hard now, chirps 1-2 and 2-3, what a good feeling.
Thanks again
Mike
